Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing the MUSU website (musu.pro) or using the MUSU desktop application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
MUSU is a locally-installed desktop application that orchestrates AI tools on your machine. It is currently in beta.
MUSU does not write code for you. It provides structure, lifecycle management, validation, and persistent state for AI-generated software. Your AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GPT, etc.) remain separate services with their own terms.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.
You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or entity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MUSU
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell MUSU without written permission
- Use MUSU for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the MUSU website or services
- Upload malicious content to the marketplace or community forums
5. Beta Disclaimer
MUSU is pre-release software provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- The software may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
- Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
- Downtime may occur without prior warning
- We do not guarantee that the beta will transition to a stable release
6. Intellectual Property
MUSU software: All rights to the MUSU application, website, brand, and documentation are owned by MUSU.
Your content: You retain all rights to your code, data, projects, and any content you create using MUSU. We claim no ownership over your work. MUSU does not access, store, or transmit your local files.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Given the beta nature of the software, you acknowledge that you use MUSU at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using MUSU and delete your account at any time by contacting us at musu@musu.pro.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, and 7 survive termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of MUSU after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
